Personal Attendant Minimum Qualifications

Can you answer YES to ALL of the following questions?

 1.      Do you have at least 1 year of experience* working for another senior home care or hospice care company within the last 5 years or are you a CNA/CHHA?

* Experience that is not considered for minimum qualifications:

• IHSS
• Private Hire
• Family Members
• Volunteer

2.      Do you have the ability to pass a drug screening for illegal drugs?

3.      Do you have the ability to pass a Live Scan fingerprint search from the Department of Justice?

4.      Are you eligible to work in the US?

5.      If you drive, can you provide a copy of your DMV driving record?

6.      Do you have a reasonable open availability?

7.      Our pay rates vary by client, do you agree to work for $9.50 to $11.00 per hour or $115.00 to 125.00 per Live-In shift (includes sleep-time and meal and lodging credits)?
